Welcome to the Indie Pendant Book Awards. By submitting your book for consideration, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Submitting a book for the Indie Pendant Book Awards requires the payment of a non-refundable fee. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing and reviewing your submission. Once submitted, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

All decisions made by the Indie Pendant Book Awards judges are final. No appeals or reconsiderations will be entertained. The awards are decided at the end of December, although the specific date may vary due to holidays and the availability of judges.

Contestants may subscribe to updates regarding the awards. By subscribing, you will receive notifications about important dates, announcements, and other relevant information.

We respect your privacy. Information provided by submitters, such as personal details and contact information, will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

By submitting your book, you agree that book and author information may be shared publicly to promote the awards, the books, and the authors. This information is considered public and may be used in various promotional materials, including on our website and social media channels.

To ensure impartiality, the identities of our judges are kept anonymous. Judges are selected based on their expertise and experience in the literary field and are required to maintain confidentiality throughout the judging process.

• Original Work: The book submitted must be an original work authored by the submitter or properly authorized by the author for submission.

• Rights: The submitter must hold all necessary rights to submit the book and to grant us the right to use the book and author information as described.
