Linda Manning

Most of my life has been in preparation for the work I do today on inclusive classrooms and workplaces. Thirty years teaching economics in university classrooms. Thirty years of research on how we choose our goals and organize our resources around achieving them. Deep dives into inclusion from the perspective of the professor and students in the classroom; the manager and employees in the workplace. Working alongside community leaders and service providers, asking questions, listening, interpreting answers, checking to see if I got it and learning to have conversations that are meaningful from the other's perspective. I do quantitative and qualitative research. I evaluate impact of programs for inclusion and I train groups on developing inclusive skills and practices. I customize each one so I am learning constantly. My work feeds my soul.
